1. No Direct Services Provided
- Startup Mauritius / Coral Network for Entrepreneurs Ltd does not provide any of the advertised services directly.
- We connect you with a network of trusted partners who offer solutions to achieve your desired objectives.
2. Referral Process
- We will pass your inquiries to relevant partners based on the information you provide.
- It is up to the partner to decide whether to take on your request.
3. Partner Standards
- All partners in our network are expected to uphold our values of honesty, professionalism, and solution-orientation.
4. Code of Conduct
- Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and cooperative manner at all times.
- Dress code: casual or business casual attire is recommended.
5. Communication & Follow-Up
- Partners, once agreeable, will follow up directly with you, typically within a maximum of 3–4 business days from receiving your inquiry.
- Response times may vary depending on partner availability.
Right to Decline Referrals
- Partners reserve the right to accept or decline any inquiries at their discretion.
- You also have to right to refuse service from any of the partners at your discretion prior to entering an engagement. After entering the engagement, the terms of the partners apply.
No Guarantee of Results
- While our partners are trusted and vetted, Startup Mauritius / Coral Network for Entrepreneurs Ltd does not guarantee the outcome of any engagement, the quality of services, or success of any project.
Data Privacy & Use
- By submitting this form, you consent to Startup Mauritius / Coral Network for Entrepreneurs Ltd sharing your information with our network of partners for the purpose of matching you with suitable experts.
- Your information will not be shared with third parties outside the network without your consent.
Changes to Network or Process
- Startup Mauritius / Coral Network for Entrepreneurs LTD reserves the right to modify the network, procedures, or referral process at any time.
Consent / Agreement Acknowledgment

6. Direct Agreements with Partners
- If you choose to work with a partner, you will enter into agreements directly with that partner.
- Startup Mauritius / Coral Network for Entrepreneurs Ltd is not responsible for the services provided, contracts, or payments between you and the partner.

- Coral Network for Entrepreneurs Ltd, Life Success Coaching Ltd, and relevant facilitators are not liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage to personal property during course participation, except where required by law.
Each participant’s results depend on their own effort and circumstances.
