Course Registration

1. Registration

  1. Registration is to be done via online forms. Submission of the form is a prerequisite.
  2. Confirmation of registration application will be sent by Coral Network to registrants (please check your spam folder). If no confirmation email is received, it is the registrant’s duty to follow up accordingly.
  3. Payment must be made before the registration deadline to confirm participation. Bank account information will be included in the confirmation of registration application email.
  4. Limited seats are available to ensure a quality learning experience. A registration is only confirmed once payment has been received by:
     – Coral Network for Entrepreneurs Ltd (for children’s programs)
     – Life Success Coaching Ltd (for adult programs)
  5. All registration forms must be completed accurately and truthfully. Participants (or parents / guardians when applicable) are responsible for providing correct information, verifying their details, and notifying the organizers of any inaccuracies or changes.

2. Course Completion

  1. Participants are awarded certificates only if they have completed at least 80% of the course and the final presentation, when applicable.
  2. Certificates for MQA-approved courses are issued together with institutional partner Life Success Coaching Ltd
  3. No refunds will be offered once a spot has been registered.
  4. A deferral fee of Rs. 3000 is applicable if a registered participant chooses to transfer to a different cohort or session.
  5. Requests for deferral must be made at least five (5) working days before the course start date.

3. HRDC Refund Procedure

  1. Requirements and procedures for HRDC refunds will be communicated to participants by email. This communication fulfills our duty of care.
  2. Clients are responsible for initiating refund applications with HRDC well within the deadlines set by the HRDC.
  3. Coral Network for Entrepreneurs Ltd and Life Success Coaching Ltd cannot be held responsible for the outcome of HRDC refund requests beyond their duty of care.

4. Code of Conduct

  1. Participants are expected to behave in a respectful and cooperative manner at all times.
  2. Dress code: casual or business casual attire is recommended.

5. Course Changes & Cancellations

  1. Course dates and venues, are subject to change. In such cases, participants will be notified in advance by email or WhatsApp.
  2. In the unlikely event that a course is cancelled by Coral Network, participants may choose to transfer to another cohort or receive a full refund.

6. Media & Privacy Consent

  1. By participating in the program, participants (or their guardians) grant permission for photos or videos taken during sessions to be used for promotional or educational purposes, unless otherwise specified in writing prior to the start of the program.

7. Liability Disclaimer

  1. Coral Network for Entrepreneurs Ltd, Life Success Coaching Ltd, and relevant facilitators are not liable for any personal loss, injury, or damage to personal property during course participation, except where required by law.
  2. The training, materials, and guidance provided by our programmes are intended for educational purposes only. While we strive to deliver high-quality and practical learning experiences, we do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, or business success as a result of participation in our courses.

    Each participant’s results depend on their own effort, circumstances, and implementation of the knowledge gained.

    Coral Network, its partners, and trainers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss arising from the use or application of the course content.
